- Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli is one of the greatest batsmen of the modern era and is one of the closest to breaking Sachin Tendulkar’s Record. Currently, Kohli has 70 international Hundreds while the Master Blaster has 100 International Hundreds and we can say that Virat Kohli can break the record of Sachin Tendulkar and become the best cricketer and all time. Kohli is the current number 1 rank holder in the ICC rankings for the best batsman.

2. Steve Smith
Steve Smith is another great batsman and his shots are unique. He scores many runs in almost every single match. Geez being that consistent with scoring runs in every single match is hard. Performing at his best in every match that’s just WOW! Currently, he is 2nd in the ICC rankings for test cricket.

3. Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma currently in the 2nd rank for best ODI batsman in the ICC rankings. He has the record for the highest ODI score in cricket History (264). He is one of the most destructive batsmen in the modern era of cricket. He has the record for the most hundreds in a single world cup (5).

4. Kane Williamson
Kane Williamson is a classical batsman he mostly plays classical shots like drives and all. I think that drives are his best shot because he plays them so beautifully and with so much skill. Kane Williamson is currently on the ICC 1st rank for best Test batsman in the world.

5. David Warner
David Warner is a southpaw and another destructive batsman. He can smash like crazy and he is one of the biggest hitters in the modern era. He is currently in rank number 7 for ICC’s best batsman in the world.
