Hey Guys, Welcome back to SlogVlog! In today’s post, we’ll be talking about a Birthday Boy who is called the run machine and the King of batting after Sachin of course. Can y’all guess who it is? It is none other than the great Virat Kohli!. Today we’ll be looking at 3 brilliant Innings of his which will be in our memories forever. Let’s start!
1. 183 VS Pakistan, (Asia Cup 2012):
What more can a person want? Kohli smacking against Pakistan and making India win. Matches like these are classics.
Pakistan scored a BIG total of 329. India needed 330 runs to win. Kohli came in when there was not even one run scored. Gautam Gambhir had gotten out for a golden duck. Then Kohli came and started punishing the Pakistan bowlers and started smacking them like he is playing some sort of cricket game. Kohli hit 22 fours and 1 six in this fabulous innings against Pakistan. And yes India won the match in 47.5 overs. This innings marked Kohli’s highest ODI score (183).

2. 82* VS Australia (T20 World Cup 2016, India)
This match happened in the Mohali cricket ground. India was stuck at 49-3. Kohli and Yuvraj had a good partnership before Yuvraj got out when India was at 94. Then Dhoni and Kohli has a brilliant partnership and this partnership lasted till the match was over. Dhoni hit the winning runs for India and Kohli then fell down on his knees and showed how much this win meant to him.

3. 149 VS England, (India Tour Of England, 2018):
After a really bad series against England in 2014, Kohli was desperate to perform well against England, his average was just 13.50 against England in 2014. This time around, Kohli led from the front and ended the five-Test series with an average of 59.30, scoring 593 runs. In the first test itself he scored 200 runs in total. In the first innings he scored a well deserved 149 of 225 which marked his first Hundred in England. In this brilliant innings, he hit 22 fours and one six.
