Hey Guys, Welcome back to SlogVlog! In today’s post, we’ll be doing a preview of the ICC T20 World Cup Final and in this final, the 2015 ICC men’s cricket ODI world cup finalists will be playing, any guesses on who these two teams are? Of Course, it is New Zealand and Australia! The last time Australia won against New Zealand, let’s see if New Zealand will take revenge or Australia will once again beat them in the final. Let’s get going!
Probable 11 For Team New Zealand
- Martin Guptill
- Daryl Mitchell
- Kane Williamson (C)
- Tim Seifert (WK)
- Glenn Phillips
- Jimmy Neesham
- Mitchell Santner
- Adam Milne
- Tim Southee
- Ish Sodhi
- Trent Boult
Probable 11 For Team Australia:
- David Warner
- Aaron Finch (C)
- Mitchel Marsh
- Steve Smith
- Glenn Maxwell
- Marcus Stoinis
- Mathew Wade (WK)
- Pat Cummins
- Mitchell Stark
- Adam Zampa
- Josh Hazlewood
Weather Report:
According to weather reports, it’s a bit cloudy in Dubai today. So there will be some amount of dew, but no rain is expected.
Pitch Report:
The pitch in Dubai is, of course, a bowling pitch and surprisingly it’s not slow like it was at the start of the tournament. But yeah it would be better that the team which wins the toss should bowl first. The team which is batting first should at least get a 175-190 score on this pitch.
Warner’s Form:
After a really disappointing IPL 2021, David Warner has finally come back into form. His batting in the last few matches has been amazing. Australia will be for be hoping that Warner will bat really good.
And New Zealand will be praying that he doesn’t because if he does then New Zealnd will suffer like crazy.
Prediction:
Umm, it’s hard to predict this epic final, but we are going with Australia. This is because Australia have played a lot of ICC finals and they for sure know how to handle this kind of pressure really well. New Zealand on the other have won the ICC test championship, but Australia have beat them at a final before and most of the players from that final are currently still playing in Aussie side so they’ll know how to handle this kind of pressure and might prevent New Zealand from clinching their first ICC T20 World Cup. Anyways, Good Luck To Both Teams.
