T20 Cricket:

Can y’all all imagine T20 cricket without Dj Bravo? Well, I can’t. This dude is like the god of bowling in T20 cricket, and he has over 500 T20 wickets, and that’s just extraordinary. Anyways let’s stop chatting and continue with the post.

Bravo played in many T20’s for the West Indies. He has been one of West Indies’ most important and phenomenal all-rounders in the T20’s. His contribution to T20 cricket is just awesome.

Bravo was there in all of West Indies T20 World Cups, all the way from 2007-2016, and was a crucial player for West Indies when they won in 2012 and 2016. Bravo has many T20 records, so many that it’ll take me at least 20 years to type all the records. That’s why I am not going to type it. Bravo retired from all forms of cricket in 2018, but in 2019 he came out of retirement and started preparing for the 2020/ 2021 T20 World Cup. He came out of retirement and played a few T20’s in 2021 and then he played in his final T20 World Cup in October 2021. Bravo retired from T20 Cricket after WI’s match against Australia on November 6th 2021. He ended his T20i career with 78 wickets and 1091 runs.

  1. Nice article. What a player DJ Bravo has been for the T20 game, and won 2 T20 World Cups too. Golden era for West Indies cricket, just a shame to see little signs of new emerging youngsters. Progress seems stagnant in the coming years, about time the likes of Ireland could overtake them perhaps.
