3 Players RCB Can Buy Back In The Mega Auction:

Hey Guys, welcome back to SlogVlog! As I said in the last post, I would be doing a post on RCB and here we are. So as it says in the heading, in today’s post we are going to talk about 3 players RCB can buy back in the mega auction. Let’s get going!

1. Harshal Patel:

Harshal Patel was the leading wicket-taker last year and was awarded the purple cap. I am actually surprised why RCB didn’t retain him. Quality bowling is one thing RCB have missed over the years. Their death bowling especially was the main concern in their bowling department. When they got Hrashal Patel in 2021, right from the 1st match onwards he continuously took wickets and impressed everyone, whether it’s a team player or a fan or a commentator. I certainly think RCB would like to buy back Harshal Patel in the auction, but now buying him now could be difficult cause he is no longer the Harshal Patel who would just do average bowling. He is the Harshal Patel who can do better bowling the Jasprit Bumrah if needed.

2. Devdutt Padikkal:

Devdutt Padikkal has been one of RCB’s best openers till now. After Kohli and Gayle, he is the best opener they have got and they surprisingly released him earlier this year. Devdutt has scored many 50’s and he has even scored a 100 for RCB. Devdutt Padikkal will be for sure targeted in the auction by many teams. I think RCB will buy him back in the auction. He has been such a prominent player for them in the last 2 years.

  1. KS Bharat:

KS Bharat started playing in the second leg of the IPL only. He had replaced ABD for the Wicket Keeper spot. KS Bharat played average in the first few matches with a high score of 44. He then stepped up for RCB against DC in the last league match of the season and batted literally like Super-Man and saved them like a superhero when they were about to lose. He was awarded man of the game for that spectacular inning against DC. He was praised a lot for his batting against DC. Bharat couldn’t continue the excellent form in the eliminator against KKR. RCB lost. I think RCB should repurchase him in the auction.

  1. There are not many wicket keepers are available in the auction.
  2. He could be of great help to Kohli and Maxwell in the middle order when they are struggling to time the ball etc, and he could be a great finisher.
