Hey guys, welcome back to SlogVlog! We will be doing a preview of the ICC WTC Finalists IND and NZ match in today’s post. Just that they will be playing a different format, and that format is called T20. We are first going to talk about IND and NZ’s previous game briefly.
IND:
Okay, India got trashed. The 1st lost the toss, and then they lost the match, then they lost a streak. But you can’t start saying that India is playing horribly. Once India wins, everyone will celebrate as if some big marriage is happening, but when India loses, everyone acts like the world will fall. Every team loses matches, tosses, and streaks. Streaks will be broken one day, whether after one year, ten years, or 50 years, but the streak will be broken at some time. The only thing I felt which was terrible about was Star Sports ADS. They made so much fun of Pakistan with that MAUKA, MAUKA ad, and then Pakistan comes and runs through India.
India’s batting was pretty good, but their bowling was awful. They couldn’t execute their plans, and they kept on bowling in the wrong lengths, and they kept on bowling in the slot. If they want to win the next match, their bowling needs to be spot on.
NZ:
New Zealand played in Sharjah. And against the same team, Pakistan. They didn’t get trashed, but they did lose many wickets. Sharjah has suprisingly become a really slow pitch. Getting 140 is also becoming really hard. If they would have gotten a 150-160 score they would have won the match. Their bowling was pretty good, but now their best.

The weather in Dubai on Sunday may be a bit cloudy, so you can expect dew.

This match is happening in Dubai. It is a typical bowler’s pitch in the first inning and a standard batting pitch in the second innings. It is a two-faced pitch right now. So if you want your bowlers to get wickets and your batsman to score runs, please elect to bowl first. But, if you are batting first, try to get at least 160-170. And then your bowlers should bowl well and get many wickets.

Prediction:
We are picking New Zealand to win this match. New Zealand had played really well against Pakistan. If they had scored just another 5-10 runs they would have won. And their bowling attack is really good, they clearly bowled in the areas they wanted to bowl on. India on the other hand did their batting good, but their bowling was… I don’t know what word to use but for now, we’ll use garbage.
Dubai is a batting pitch and it is a much better pitch than Sharjah. It isn’t even that slow now. So if the new Zealand players start accelerating India’s bowling needs and I say NEEDS to be really good.
We are picking New Zealand for these reasons. But if India’s bowling is spot on and if they execute all their plans well, then they have a really good chance of winning.

I think there should be some changes in the team for india. Kishan in for Pandya as Pandya ain’t doing anything. Shardul thakur for Bhuvi and maybe Ashwin or Rahul chahar for Mohammad shami
